On February 4, 2020 (1:30 to 4:30 pm.) Ed Montigny together with Jill Cross from the Law Society of Ontario will co-chair a Program at the Ontario Bar Association “Institute 2020” entitled “Accommodating Disabilities in Administrative Law.”
The session will offer three panels dealing with:
(a) Accessibility and Accommodation at Ontario Tribunals;
(b) Accommodation in Professional Regulation Hearings and
(c) Maintaining Your Well-Being: Accommodation and Mental Health Resources for Lawyers.
